so is there a strat out there for the western shadow that drops these? what level pt make up would be ideal? I must have them but dont want to spend millions of gil to get them.

Once servers are back up the window opens. Last maint I used to camp them I got both eastern and west within 1-3hours of maint. And then again for the next 4 days until eastern started poping to far from western so I gave up on eastern as 2 others had ToD.

wow, there's usually a few people on them as soon as the servers come back up on valefor. 5 hours is crazy talk
