RSE quest help

Here's my situation, i can't get the goblin to give me the quest. I was told that repeat quests count... so I went and did the Rabbit Skin quest in san 40x times. I'm a level 25 hume whm, is there a level requirement I should know about? I went to both Bluffnix and Guttnix because I wasnt sure who gave the quest, but they both gave me nothing.

What am I doing wrong?? Thanks in advance

There is a chance it may require lv 27, but I am not sure, I did it at 30 with my rdm.
I heard it is 30 unique or 40 repeated. How many unique do you have? And I will say bring the total to 50+, can get telepo quest, and stuff so it will be nice to have that as well...

WHen you receive the quest, you will get blue text appear repeated like 2 times in the sentense, and will be told what race/sex/area it is now for the RSE.

Unique I have 6... lol. So I went and did the rabbit skin + bat wing quest a combined 34 times to get to 40 (and I know i did them a couple times prior to this too)

I guess I'll just get a few levels and see what goes down. Btw which gob is it, guttnix or bluffnix?

If I am from Bastok, must i do Bastok quests or can i do the Sandorian ones for the repeat?

Nobody has figured out what the requirement of this quest yet.
But one thing for sure, your level doesn't matter.
My friend has a level 18 character with 40 quests completed and got offer.
At the same time, this guy (level 38) with 42 quests completed has not been offered this quest.
I, too, completed more than 40 quests and have not recieved it yet:sweat:
Somebody told me you need to complete some quests in Jeuno, and also you need fame.

I really wanna complete this quest too since I need to carry so many weapons around as a warrior. Thogh I don't have enough money to complete it ... lol

I havent dont any jueno quests.. they've all been sand. Maybe thats the problem?? I guess ill have to look into finding some easy jueno quests, becuz I've already accepted + completed the Drain quest... so that means I already have pretty decent fame right?

Anyone know any easy jueno quests?

This is what I did and received the quest. I completed 42 unique quest from Sandoria and Windurst combined. I couldn't tell you how many times I did the repeatables (didn't keep track sorry). Then went to Jeuno and received the quest. Basically keep track of how many quests you have done and spend some extra time doing the easy repeatables in Sando (flints, rabbit skins and glove quests). You'll make some small pocket change and increase your quest count. :thumbsup:

18 Unique Quests, 40+ Repeats, cant accept the quest. Ill keep ya posted on when I get the quest, so maybe we can figure out the req

i have 37 unique quest and many many repeatable ones.. had no problem receiving the quest. 37 was divided among the 4 nations but most of them were in sandoria. more unique quest done should open up the RSE quest.

I cant get the quest from the goblin and i have 42 quest done. 30 r from sandy the rest from either the other cities, chocobo quest & sub job quest. can i get some suggestions? all the goblins says is some 2 line white text. ill edit this post with a pic of it in a few hrs. thnx^^

i got the quest after doing 30 unique and maybe like 20+ repeats.

if all your quests are unique then maybe you need to do some repeatable quests^^

Mine was obtained after doing 45 unique and about 5+ repeats. Heard from my JPN friend that the number of quests needed was around 45-50.

I got the RSE offer with 40 unique quests from all kingdoms, mostly sandoria. I had done alot of repeatables too, I'm talking about 3k worth of bat wings and 80k of tiger fangs w
