the gear thats just for sam 44-49

ok here it is, heres the q that no one has answered cuz they dont know, so i hope some one out there can, from lvl 44 all the way to lvl 49 theres sam gear thats just for sam. now the legend is that if u wear the entire gear, body, head, neck, hands, legs, and feet that u will unluck its hidden stats, now the sams that i have asked said no, but then againg they didnt know there was a neck part wich its needed to compleat the set in order for it to work, but even then im not high enough to find out,so does any one know aout this?

The Hara-Ate Set? It's just for visual appeal, as it makes you look more like a samurai. There's no "hidden stats" involved.

Yeah, I was just coming to edit that the only pieces of gear that are SAM only in that level range are the Hara-Ate set.

sorry im at work so i was typing as fast as i could before doing something, yeah nodawa is the neck pice found at the tenshodo club, but i asked this to some high lvl sam n they had mix response to it, in allakazham some one said something about dex + but a friend of mine said something about tp+ dont know the truth so ill find out when i hit 49, im at lvl 40 rite now, oh and whats a Shura?

Shura Gear is obtained via Dryadic Abjurations (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Abjurations).

Abjurations drop from gods and land kings. Then you take those to the Cathedral in North Sandoria along with a piece of Cursed Armor (or Cursed -1) and have it crafted into a nifty piece of armor for yourself.
