Noble Mold & The Elusive Rain Hat!

Seems like a nifty little hat to have, especially for your Bard of Beastmaster..

Unfortunately the NM that drops this one, Noble Mold (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Noble_Mold), is one of the most restrictive spawns in the entire game. And even then, it's not a 100% drop!

So I guess the question now is.. who else has been watching the weather reports drooling over the moment when this one pops up?

It's nice, but...

- Level 41 means it's not usable for level 40 capped missions/quests/BCNMs.

- There are reasonable alternatives like hairpins, trump crown, etc. that closely mimic the effect.

- Max MP only really matters to Red Mages, and I think they're the only job that would really make good use of this item.

I remember when this first came out and people were trying to figure out the spawn condition. I think its a cool item. It would be funny to see my drg running around in it.
