Where to level as duo'ing 9 RDM 9 WAR

Greetings. I recently returned to the game after stopping play about six months after it came out. I am playing with a friend and we are trying to find a good levelling duo, which we think we've found with RDM/WAR. The question now is more of a "where do we go?" We are citizens of Windy and have tried the Yagudo dungeon and the Cardian tower, but both seem way too low at the top and way too high at the bottom.

Our server seems pretty low pop (Remurah or something), so full PT's aren't common at low levels and I know most people solo to teens, so we are slowing ourselves down a bit to keep levelling together.

You may try out Tahrongi Canyon, there should be some decent mobs to xp on there.

Agreed, southern part of Tahrongi Canyon is a good place to go at level 9 as a duo if you're based out of Windurst.

Anyplace that has a crag: Tahrongi Canyon, La Theine plataeu, and Konschtat Highlands.

Where you level would be dependent on what city you're from.
