Where is the best place to pull up Rusty Subligar

Sorry for the noobie question. But where is the best place to pull rusty subligar up. I tried a few different places and have yet to pull one up. My fishing skill is at 7 and I'm trying to avoid turning to AH for this because I wanna get 10 to do the ninja scroll quest. AH is just too expensive. Thank you in advance for the advice.

If you're looking to clear the "Like a Shining Leggings" and "Like a Shining Subligar" quests, visit the Zeruhn Mines. There's a small pond at H-11 that yields only crayfish, tricolored carp, black eel, rusty buckets, rusty leggings, and rusty subligar.

For best results, I recommend switching your moghancement to Moghancement: Fishing (items) to improve item catch rate, and using a lure that will not attract any fish - fly lure or minnow will work. Use a sturdy rod like a Halcyon, Mithran, Hume or Composite, since the rusty subligar has a small chance to break smaller rods.

Skill doesn't matter when catching items, since they're all skill level 0, and are equally easy to catch at any level.

As long as you get the Moghancement: Fishing key item it's fine. Additional levels aren't worth the time (would take a lot of buckets) - you're not going to be doing this forever.
