Xbox 360 Problem Id Linking

Hello,

I just bought FFXI yesterday, i want to start playing the game allready but i seem to have a problem.

I installed the playonline viewer (also registered @ playonline)

I installed FFXI itself (took one hour :angry:)

I made a new profile an my Xbox which now had a Xbox live gold membership

So now when i start the playonline viewer i select my first member (there's just one member) and i log in with the member, but when trying to log in i get to this screen where i have to link my Playonline member to my Xbox 360 profile (the ID Linking Screen)

There are 3 fields (all displaying the right information):

gamer profile = the one with the xbox live gold membership

member name = the only member i can choose

playonline id = the id i registered @ playonline

But i can't seem to find any button to let me go on, just the options "change gamer profile", settings or "cancel".

does anybody know what i'm doing wrong :vent: ?

I dont see where you are actually logging in.

When starting PoL you should see the list that has your Xbox Live ID. After selecting that you should be prompted for your PoL password, presuming you entered your ID correctly. From there you should be logging in.

Check to make your ID is correct, if you are still having problems check the Xbox Live forums.

While taking a good look to see if i entered the right playonline id at the submenus in the id linking screen i noticed i had to press the "d" key on my keyboard (or start button) to be able to select the OK button and continue logging in.

I hope this thread will be useful for anyone ellse that's not patient enough to read everything on the screen :) .
