Thanksgiving Weekend Thread!

So what are you guys doing this weekend?

My goals are to complete three quests, finish my current mission (Bastok 1-3), raise my Alchemy to 4, and if possible, somehow walk to Jeuno without dying. I'd like to do some shopping there, and...well, I really should face my fears and move beyond the safety of Gustaberg.

Didn't do much today as I have been sick.

Spent 10+ hours on Friday finishing CoP though so I needed a day off.

Doing Dynamis tomorrow.

Lol, it happens.

Anyway, I spent the weekend getting 60 on my Red Mage, and probably gonna take a few weeks off leveling RDM to get WHM and BLM up. And a bit of farming and leathercrafting.

Wow, level 60. I can't imagine. Maybe I'll reach such heights some time in the next decade.

Assuming I ever get to Jeuno. I've tried four times so far. The first time, I made it all the way to the end of the Pashhow Marshes and died like five steps from the next zone. Lousy Goblin Butcher. The second time I got aggro'ed by a Quadav in the Marshes again. I had just lost him when a Goblin Gambler cast some kind of ice spell on me.

Third time, I made it to Rolanberry Fields. This big blue thing with moss on its back attacked me. It did 135 dmg per hit. The worst part was that as soon I died, it just vanished. De-spawned or something. The fourth time I went down back in the Marshes thanks to a Quadav/Goblin team-up.

The best part is watching all the people pass my corpse by without sparing me a glance after I'm dead. Well, at least they don't tea-bag me or anything. :wasted:
