Elvaans = Bad Monk?

Now this is solely based on the stats calculator which I am not sure is 100% accurate, but it seems to me like Elvaans would not make very good monks. I think they are the slowest and least accurate race, which means they will be hitting less often and missing a lot, and since Monks need to be gaining a lot of TP for ws combos wouldn't that make Elvaans not very effective? Also, monks have fairly good evasion which seems to be suited more to a race like mithra or hume. I've been kinda on the fence about whether I want to go Elvaan or not, so what do u guys think?:confused:

actually its not much about who has good evasion, as Galka are the best monks. Evlaan monks are fine, your get things to help you with accuracy. Evlaans have the highest attack, so you have that working for you.

elvaan monks are only second to galka monks.
Monks also have to get the same amount of TP as every other job but in the monks case each successful hit gives you 12% TP to you gauge

None of the stats will make you hit faster or slower, that is based completly on the weapons delay.
