This idea was kind of inspired from the highest pet damage thread, would adding a Bee familiar make us better for partying? A final sting every once in a while would boost our damage alot and would make us better on god fights without the cactus pets, If the ingredients were a few beehive chips or if they want to make a set of ToAU jugs they can make it the new type of beehive chips i can easaly see this replacing carrie for 65+ beastmasters.

By and large, I LOVE it when I get to use bees as pets. The only problem I have with them (and the idea of a bee jug) is that sometimes a bee will use Final Sting when the still have like 85% of their life left. This might do massive damage to the mob we're fighting, but not enough to where we can just melee it down.
A jug bee that uses Final Sting @ 75% health would SUCK due to the fact that you could (conceivably) go through a stack of jugs in no time flat.
This just goes back to my dreaming of being able to control which TP move a pet performs. Probably never gonna happen, but it's a pretty dream.

And then, when you actually want them to do Final Sting, they just keep using Pollen. Oh boy, my pet bee got some HP back mere seconds before I was going to be Leaving it anyway :angry:

Eeeeeeeeeeexactly. Pollen is nice and all when you're starting the fight, and would love for your pet to stick around for a while. But towards the end, Final Sting, {Yes, please.}

It'd be really nice if they could add something along the lines of after a certain % of HP, the pet has a chance to use Final Sting...like, after 40%, then Final Sting actually goes into the options of a ws, and before hand, it's not even in the mix...that'd be cool :D

lol what >.>; the whole point of the bee familiar is to do a 100% hp final sting on a HNM or in a merit party, not solo.

Well I'm still new to BST, but I think an even better asset would be if they allowed us to SC with Sic. I mean they already made alot of the monster ws SC-able with the introduction of BLU, I don't see why they couldn't let us do it with BST except for maybe the randomness to Sic.

I totally agree, this is one of the things i really wanted ever since i did a self skillchain with pup a few days after the job was added, and i really hope they add it in the next update because there has been a lot of talk about this in the beastmaster community, and combined with selective sic (with timer changed to 1 minute) and you have a DD combo that can rival non riddle war if you have 3/3 beast affinity with monster gloves using fungy pets, and equipping a temperance axe and most of the standard DD gear.

I think they should leave the Sic timer the same, but make Sic so that you can select which TP ability to use. Also, make trait or ability (Sic Affinity? :P at lvl 40 for BST only) that allows PC's to SC with the pet.
Sic is still on a long timer so we can't spam pet abilities like BLU can.
