Help with Aht Urgahn

I'm having some trouble with the quest to get to White gate...i read that the Elvann NPC in Jueno was suppost to give me two choices and a third hidden,but that Third one is not there,i have tried scrolling down but it wont let...am i missing something?

Are you talking to the right person? The npc you need is Faursel (Tenshodo HQ, in Neptune's Spire, J-8 Lower Jeuno).

If I remember rightly, some people had a problem with this when ToAU came out. I think it was solved by just zoning out and back in, and maybe waiting a game-day.

Did you register ToAU? If its not registered it won't work.
