Promy (sea) ls? can i have it?

so im looking for a ls that is working on sea and/or getting promys done since i really need them. please /tell abdirazak if you have one or know one ls thank you.

To be honest, I don't know of a ls which is specifically working on sea only. Most HNMLS are helping their members get there, but it is quite specific. There are normally a fair few shouts going on for these. More information would help - like timezone you are in, jobs you have...

I am a level 75 smn on this server. I currently am on the 3 paths mission for CoP and am eager to get to sea also.
