Question to Board Users!!!

What do you think? Race & Job, Should I make sub forums? each sub forum with specific job? ei: making a forum called, "White Mage" in here.

Also if you guys think about it, would there be alot of things to be talked about for each Job ?

I'm taking suggestions here.

Well making a sub group for each job would make it easier to find what you are looking for, say you only have intrest in one job class, you don't wanna have to sort through all the others loking for it.

I think subforums for Jobs would probably work well. Race forums are not really necessary, since the topic of various racial advantages is usually included in any job discussion, anyways.

And yes, there is definitely enough to talk about for each specific job. That's one of the reasons FFXI Talk was so cluttered before. There is always more to discuss. :rolleyes:

But at the same time, I actually think that these new forum divisions are pretty serviceable just the way they are. I'm sure it will make moderator's jobs easier, and make it easier for people to find things and know where to post things. Good job on the spring cleanup so far! :thumbsup:

I think sub-job forums are good for when the game actually comes out in N.A. It'd be a good place to discuss strategy, leveling tactics etc. But for now I don't see what would be discussed atm.

BTW, way off-topic but what's up with the Most Frequently Asked Questions forum? I never really understood it's true purpose...

The Most Frequently asked Questions board was supposed to be answer to questions that come up so much, BUT it's time i replace it with something else, or merge it and create another forum. Any how, I'll see what I can come up with.

I also think its fine the way it is, now that FFXI Talk is separate it will be much clearer than before. There woldn't be a need for it until the actual release.

Personally, I'd go for splitting it down further. I mean, why not, less clutter, right? Or at least when the NA comes out.

On a similar note, how will the forums change when the Beta begins? Do beta ppl get the same sort of status as importers?
