Odins sword is a rare skill in FFIX that makes it where odin does damage and not instant death

actually in FFIX the sword DOES do instant death, but if it doesnt it will just do damage, its kind of random. They are 2 diffrent attacks he does however.

anyway hmm, i dont know my favorite summon, Bahamut probably, hard to tell, maybe Odin.

actualy odin is instant death but in ipsens castle there a room with a BIG SWORD covered in lightning and 2 pots move pots around in an order one will be hit by lightning and become and item the item gives dagger a skill called odins sword that makes odin do damage instead of instant death

oooooooooooo tough decision. I'm gonna go with Alexander, though (even if he is probably already in the game). I'm pretty sure Odin is too, there's a cool pic of a constillation map with all the other summons, Garuda, Leviathan, Alexander, and Odin. But, because it is missing Carbuncle, there's still a chance for Bahamut, so keep your hopes up people.

I would love to see Alexander in FFXI, though Squenix would have to change the character model into something different; a huge mechanical castle in the ground, plus the massive clipping in FFXI, could cause some problems. ^_^"

But still, I want a cool Holy summon. Alexander has always been the best, though. ~_^

Actually, he probably meant Madeen, since that's what it's called in FFIX, though it's Maduin in FFVI. Both of 'em are great summons. ^_^

The question concerning Ixion (even though it's a statement) should be: how did he get a vote? I love summoners and will be one as soon as it is released, but if they EVER put Ixion in this game, I will level him up only for character completion, and that's a promise.

i want valefor in it! hes on of my favorites. diablos is also very cool, and what about phoenix!?!? phoenix is one of the coolest.

wouldnt it be interesting if they somehow implemented knights of the round? probably impossible to execute, but the idea, in theory, is pretty cool.

I wouldnt mind seeing the magus sisters make an appearance.

i did this quick i did not play much of FF games so i put in summons i knew of magus sisters would be sweet but they would be 3 seperate summons probaly and used at once if three summoners summon them

Gotta say Odin. I mean hes a badass he Frickin rips. Also Phenix because it was one of the best on ffvii last attack mastered pheonix :spin: and argggg i cant remeber his name * smacking self soundly with large blunt object* the guy from 6 and 8 The 4 sword weilding guy that took over for odin in 8; he and siefer were the only redeeming factor in 8 but he would be cool.

yeah in the FF games, Gilgamesh usually is an NPC, instead of a Summon, but there was a couple games he was a summon of course (8 for sure, i think maybe 6 as well, but im not sure)

Anyways, my vote would have to go for Atomos just to be different. Big creepy mouth thing that sucks up monsters and cities. That's cool! Plus he was a boss in FFV.

KOTR was .. Um.. Well, it got old fast because of the lengthy animation. Where are all the FFT summons? The closest they've come to having Lich as a summon in any other game was FFVIII, because they had Diablos. I love FFT.. And wheres King Tonberry? You have King Cactaur, but not the King Tonberry.

I didn't like that summon much because it was long and I didn't like the boost thing in FFVIII that much. Plus I couldn't tell what the freak I was looking at. >_< Odin rules ^-^

I think Xdeath was from FF1 or 2 or 3. Im pretty sure it wasnt 5. Cant say for certain though.
