Hello all i just started lvling brd and im currently at 12.... anyway im having a hard time finding parties and was wondering if it is just hard to get parties at low lvls or am i just running into bad luck?

Depends on when you are seeking. There are certain windows (EST prime, PST prime, JST prime, etc.) when parties start forming up. Miss that window and you'll have to wait for the next or start your own.

In your current situation, BRD hasn't really blossomed at 12 yet so your desirablity is not so great either.

lv. 12 is hard for everyone.
once you get to say... 20, you wont ever have a hard time again.

25 is the adrenaline booster for Bard up through level 40, since its the only job with a MP recovery ability (Mage's Ballad) in that range.

At 40, Corsairs get Evoker's Roll, and at 41, Red Mages get Refresh, so invites come a bit slower until you get Mage's Ballad II at 55.
