What is this item, what is if for??

im creating this topic so people who dont know what items are can get an answer to their question if some one knows. its best if you post a pic of the item in question.

my fist item/s that i dont know what they for are. also is ther more to this set or do i have it all, its pretty easy to collect so i was wondering what they was for, dont think i can sell them, cant trade them ><

they're for a bastok mission, and you can sell them.
you can't sell EX items, these are only rare.
best place to sell them is in bastok AH for about 300 each last time I checked, or give them to low level bastok person so they can complete a mission.
