Feelin' bad in La Theine

From what it looks like there's a lot of players out there buying power leveling services, or the RMT is leveling up one player at a time. They run around, linkshell-less, with a high level player attached at the hip, and it's very obvious.

The other day I saw the player Insomnia being power leveled by somebody who I thought was legit, maybe they were, but he/she couldn't have been more than level 14, and today I noticed them running through San d'Oria and he/she was level 25. -_-

Anybody else notice these things happening more and more?

running alone might be player PLing their mule tho.
There are tons of RMT PT and alliances on my server. I think that's more obvious lol. all LSless, really cheap gear, undersub, ramdom key meshing names, etc.
