View Full Version : my Yhoator is being invaded... by RMT... real bad...
Hey just wondering how is Yhoator doing in everyone servers...?
I'm levelling up my SAM right now. And when my PT went to Yhoator I was shocked....
There are at least 5 PT... yes 5 PT.... LS-less, level 30ish, no one's sub job higher than 5. Killing every mandy near the entrance.
I didn't search nor wander deeper to see if there's more. But I felt really sad with what I saw already -.-
While I was looking at them, one of them sent me a tell
"ni how?"

When I went to Yhuntger/Yhoater Jungle it was packed full of Anon's all in basic gear. Yhoater was better but just outside Kazham I couldn't move without bouncing into one.
Garleige Citadel was the same when I went there so I went down to Behemoth's Cave and no other party was there ^^
Very annoying though as they just camp up in front of you and start fighting...
I'm on the Shiva server by the way.

It was kinda funny, I was soloing NIN in Korroloka and there was only one little lvl 37 blm/whm in lvl 10 gear with an "i smacked my head on the keyboard to write this' name.
He said hi. I said hello. He said something in Chinese. I said I didn't speak gilseller. He tried to cure me. I put blockaid on.
Strangest thing is he was there the entire time, all on his lonesome.

Each time SE bans them, they come back with these armies, i saw another batch of low level ones in valk 2 days ago, on ragnarok.
They just dont give up ><...

On Asura its for all the leveling spots. You can tell, all have generic names, no ls and they respond back in horrid english... btw, SAM bandwagon ftw!

Strange you should mention Korroloka, I was in there camping Cargo Crag Colin the other day (still 0/4 Nadrs) I did a /sea and saw 18+ people all level 20-21 without subs, all Bastokian, all rank 1.

This rush of new RMT has started to get out of hand. At first it was kinda amusing to see so many of them running around, but now it's just depressing. It's completely impossible to log in and not see a group or two that day. I log into Jeuno, and I run down to the Auction House, and there's an alliance of CGF right there. All level 75 blm, /anon, with the same title.
I go help friends open gates in Garlaige and there's 3 groups of them exping, and on top of that, someone informs that they've been there for two days. That same day, I noticed that a Gilseller was shouting for a tele-vhazl for a group. I got them to invite me, took my payment, and casted Altep instead.
As soon as the screen loaded, I disbanded and warped. Not that I thought this action would solve anything, but it's better than letting go about their business unopposed.

Has everyone noticed how they all seem to be Bastokan? Is it like the first choice for nations when making a character?(It's been awhile, so I don't remember...) Because I know in Altep and GC, and Yuhtunga/Yhoatar that they're all Rank 1 Bastokan...damn RMT ; ;!

I saw a group of lvl 65 farming Goobs in Zi'Tah. It took like 5 of them to keep half the claims from me. It wasn't until a second group came that I had to leave because I couldn't get claim. That's just stupid.
I've had the same problem with camps as well when leveling my MNK. It's gotten real bad. All of the "typical" camps that players would overfill are now taken, and all the "non-standard" camps I would exp at are now full of regular players who got pushed out of camps.
SE should forget banning. Just make a tag to put on RMT that let's players attack them, but they can't attack back. That would be a whole lot more fun. *grin*
IP banning ftw. Unfortunately, that will result in discriminating anyone living in the PRC.

Another new batch?
The batch I noticed starting 2-3 months back are now infesting Cape Terrigan, and they all have gotten to Bastok Rank 5. (Yes, all 60+ of them)

Ironically a fair chunck of them got slapped with the banstick in the Sept. Bannings (plus some of our old school RMT), so I wouldn't surprise me one bit if they started new chars to try again.

Can anyone give an estimate on the fastest someone could lvl from 1-30? Does it match well with the amount of time that has passed since the 9/26 account terminations (~8 days)? I assume that static parties would help immensely in speeding up leveling.
I can't recall perfectly but they were able to move from Jungles->Citadel->Advanced jobs/new jobs->back to jungles within about 2-3 days, with pretty much non-stop lvling (except for shift change, then they all stopped for like an hour) This being 1 PT of 6 I kept watching.
levelling from 1 to 30 hmm. this varies a lot due to the unpredictable parties you'll get in Valkurm. But just my own experience
1-12 can be done in a day. 2 max
12-20 can be done in a day with good party. other wise can be weeks
20-24 can be done in 1 good party.
24-28 can be done in 1 good party
so... 1-30 = 3-4 days playing 6-10 hours a day. That's my usual rate.

With exp rings and static parties and all day leveling and possible powerleveling going on? I think 3-4 days sounds about right.

if you PL you can get 1-20 in a day easy.

Last night I was scoping out CN before trying to form a party. I saw at least fifteen BLM 43/RDM 21 Tarus with Rank 1 in Sandy, all with the telltale RMT names. I decided to forego partying there and I went and got rank 4 instead.

LOL, I have some fun with these people. I put on Blaze Spike, blast Cure IV on whoever is bleeding badly and have it come to me and hit me just once. No exp.

The real sad part is these RMTards can get to level 75 in well under a month...and I've been playing since NA PS2 release and my highest job is 70 :worry:
