Galka Nin help...

So i started lvling Nin last nite. Spent a few hours at it and got to lvl 10 pretty fast with my empress band. But to my questions --> Should i focus more on Agi, Eva, Dex and Str more than anything? Secondly, Whats some great food besides Meat mithkabobs? Should I maybe go Boiled Crab for Def+ or stick with meat kabobs? Also anyone on fariy i could use the help with the Ichi quests in Norg...

last question I also started lvling CC becasue of all the Yag necklaces and wind crystals from lvlin in Sarutabu is that a good craft to accompany Nin?

at 10? just use meat jerky or rice dumplings for attack food (kabobs are a waste).

I use it becasue i have 3 stacks left over from lvl War to 37 :thumbsup: i was thinking of going with Rice Dumplings but why waste money buying other food when you have some decent food already:wasted:

For lower levels, meat is fine. You might want to start using food that has some ACC and EVA when you join a party, but that's really your call. Galka make great NIN, so you should have a lot of fun!

I'd say focus on EVA, STR, ACC, ATK, etc.

in order of priority lvls 1-60: EVA, ACC, STR, AGI, ATT, R.ACC

Gear swop macros for adding EVA if shadows are down and adding STR ATT when shadows are up and also +R.ACC Macro to help Throwing.

There is much debate beyond 60 as to what to focus on, so it is a personal choice.

Food, low levels Jerkies are good, Rice Dumplings or Navarin around low-mid levels 20s-40, Sole Sushi later on or the better meat dishes.

I am currently leveling Ninja on my Galka, and I can tell you what I did.
I tried to get evasion where I could and enmity where I could. I used things like Jack'O'Lanterns and Navarin at lower levels for food. If I were you I would try to get a Emporer's Hairpin or the Rare/Ex version. Seems expensive or like trouble trying to camp, but you can wear it until level 70. That is a lot of bang for your buck/time.

Once I hit the 40's, I felt I wanted to use Elemental spells to hold hate, so I tried to set up with Evasion and Enmity and didn't really worry as much about Accuracy or other things. I used Dorado Sushi, Sattva Ring (Mermaid would work), and High Breath Manlte for the Enmity boost. I kept with this set up until my Elemental spells started doing crap damage.

So..., now I am in my 60's and I try to go for a mix between Evasion and Damage Dealing, changing up gear to suit the situation. (leaning more towards using damage to hold hate) I also try to use some Enmity gear still.

For me early levels were tough. People wanted me to solo tank a lot, but just grit your teeth and fight through it. Once I got to 40 things got a lot better for me.

I'm Soloing Bubblin Berrnie right now to avoid the dunes...that was hell going thru there with my War. Hoping when i get to 16-17 i can solo worms in Quifm or maybe just spend a short time at the Beach before the Kuftal entrance. But i'll possibly be able to lvl 10-15 fairly simple even with lvl 8 gear on..using def food aswell.

U taking NIN to 75 ???

if yes just use what you did when you got war to 37. since the 1-37 levels offer no sort of gear options. After that you can actually start getting your hands on gear. at that time you wanna focus on balance. Acc should be #1 because if you cant hit the mob, voke isnt gonna bail you out from over nuking blm, an Drks doing all their JA at once. After that you wanna start investing in Eminity gear. then focus on STR, an then EVA.

1-37 really nothing helpful a few str an acc stuff here an there.
37-75 Acc > Eminity > STR/ATK > EVA.....

Yeah i'm think this will be my first job to 75. It seems like Nin is a versitle job...i might have to take up BLM and lvl it to 20 for doing some BCNMs i heard theres a few Nin/Blm can solo. But i'm thinking way to far ahead of myself. Ho[ing if i give myself 2-4 hours daily at lvlin Nin i will have 37 in a couple of weeks that is if anyone signs up for my static i'm trying to form on fairy.
