No news regarding things like upcoming patches. It's just a partial report of what happened at TGS. It also says they'll have a summary of Q&A sessions as a separate report, but I don't think it's there yet.

As for the picture, there was a TGS-only special BC battle in which you could fight 3 of those 4 "heroines," and that's what that pic is showing. It's not that they'll add this to ffxi in the near future; like I said, it was TGS-only.
