how i de-active my account?

There is no freeze your account, but just deactivate/cancel your account, which is basically the same. I presume you want to cancel your ACCOUNT and NOT CONTENTS ID or CHARACTER SLOT, correct?

If you are deactivating/cancelling your ACCOUNT, follow the instructions near the end of the POL Guide, a few threads up. They will retain data for 3 months, but I wouldn't bet my account on it to be on the safe side. I could be reading it wrong.

so there is three things:-
pol account
content ID
and character slot

well...what i want to do is to Stop my account till i get my cridit card after 2 months. cause i canceled my cridit card for some reasons.....what should i do??
i dont want square to delete my characters >_<
and i heard u can stop the account for 3 months.

my account was frozen from january till last week, and everything was alright when i got back.

Yeah, then you want to cancel/deactivate your account. Just make sure you get it fixed within three months or you WILL lose data.
