RelinquishedHope Dynamis linkshell *looking for members*

Just started this new Dynamis linkshell last Thursday :x Currently members that were recruited on the /shouts by me in Lower Jeuno were in the area of 20. Thoses that showed up today for Dynamis - San d'Oria, 8.

Jobs needed:
WHM (R2 and R3 only)
RDM, BLM(Stone killers/sleepers)
Paladins(Stone Kiters)
Bard(sleepers and refreshies)
All DDs and other support jobs welcomed ^^ we need numbers to see some mobs give us the stuff we need :D

Lotting rules:
Since we're new, first 3 runs we go into, no restrictions on who can lot.
But you must have a search comment on jobs you have 65+ in order to lot on the af. Currency, unless otherwise noticed, autosort. Except 100k drops (needed for run funds) goes to me. Materials, auto sort.
For runs after first 3, 1 run probation before lotting is allowed.

Other dynamis linkshells, please send me an e-mail/link to your forums so i may develope a run schedule to avoid conflicts if you haven't already.

I'd give you one piece of advice if you use PLDs to kite statues your runs will wipe, statues are NIN onry. PLDs off tank slept mobs and main tank target mobs.

I tend to see war/nin and thf/nin kite as well, just a suggestion, PLD definitely won't work very well :x

For pure kiting you have it, NIN is needed so the Statues don't turn on the squishy mages nuking them whilst being kited.

Well no I meant war/nin for kiting the statues cause of their +Enmity AF, they seem to work alright, and thf/nin is just back up in case one of the main kiters had to sac pull, and also, the stones always seem to die before they have a chance to touch our mages @_@

Yeah WAR/NIN work think we prefer NIN for the extra shadow but not sure to be honest. NIN are our statue kites, PLD our main tank and off tank with WAR/NIN for fill in on big pulls and in case of tank deaths.

Its all down to taste neither is a wrong approach.

Is there any competition between the Dynamis LSes to me it seems better if we all succeed pulling more currency and AF2 into the game.
