I say doubtful. Square doesn't usually do all the extra things for the US counterparts. (on the websites atleast)

I got to agree with Diesel, Japan has the extra stuff first (like FFX International, which we never will see without importing, or Kingdom Hearts Final Mix...

I don't really know about the webcam, since its Square-Enix's first MMORPG, we might have our turn with it, let's just hope so.

I think they might have it ifr there is aenough fan support for it. But will never know till it comes out here.
