do you need for the attachments the first one in the series of a double attachments in order for the second to work?

yes they do, i can;t remember if you have enough elemental slots to equi p both tho

If you don't remember if you have enough elemental slots to equip both then how can you be sure they stack? >_>

well because on certain frames there are enough to equip tier 1 and tier 2 but the MAGE being able to equip Both Loudspeakers im not sure about, i dont know if it has enough ice* slots

The mage frame can equip both loudspeakers but that would take all 5 ice slots.
