Need HELP on makeing a char (errror)

I got every thing set up like all the other things say and when i hit play it gave me this error, can ANYONE tell me what it says and if they know how to fix it ?

I think you needto install teh play online software. Not sure.

I belive from what little japanese I can read is that you haven't purchased a content ID. You need that before you can start playing. It's the last option in the box. Go there and buy a content ID. I know since the update that my guide is now outta date, so I will be updating it soon. The soonest will be this weekend since I work two jobs as is right now. ^_^ Ganbare~!!~

Okay... it says... I think... that it can not see the contents, and that you need to install the software.

Did you install FFXI and not just POL? Did you go through all FOUR (4) Discs?

Did you update POL? You may want to run a file check to ensure that everything is installed correctly. Also, you may want to make sure that your language settings are correct.

It says something to the effect
"Can't find selected content. In order to use this content you must install the play online software."

You should have installed it from a disk.
