at what level can you solo shiva prime?

Which fight? The mini-avatar fights, 20. The main ones, 75, preferably duoed. The boss fights, you can't.

Th level 20 mini-fork battle to acquire Shiva's Summon Pact is doable only as a level 20 Summoner (with subjob stripped).

The Shiva Prime fight uncapped can be solo'd at 75 by some jobs (RDM, SMN, maaaybe BST), but it's a bit risky since Shiva's defense is annoying (Ice Spikes particularly).
