As some of you know about my other topic about me losing 1 mill gil and getting suspended and all for 3 days for something i really didnt do even though the guy is making topics with all these bs stories and gettkng his friends to say its true so he doesnt look like a total jackass... so ill be restarting to get off valefor because that was the last straw.

im wondering how all the other servers are in popular and pricing and the people.

hades i used to play but its the most expensive server i ever seen.

valefor to many asshats and not enough players



now i heard odin caitsith ifrit asura and ragnarok are all cool.

could anyone suggest me ANY server besides hades and valefor?

Still help out when they get breaks, not that often though. On the other hand, I'm usually bored trying to squeeze the last 4 levels untill I can finally join em, so I can get you back on track with subjob and aht urgan acess and everything. From what I've seen is the low-levels are pretty empty and not many strangers help out(been a few "lowbie" item and gil scams going on) but aside from that, very few asshats. It's hard to setle in but once you do it's easy to get everythign worked out.

To show you what kind of people play on this server I'll tell you a story:

Once upon a time, there was a retarded newb (me) who had no idea how to join a PT and didn't know how to get to the dunes (yeah... I was that retarded). Then one day, I was wandering around W. Ronfaure asking ppl if I could join their PT (I wasn't seeking, I was "literally" going up to ppl and asking them if they could PT with me :biggrin: ), when I was greeted by two kind Mithra (Soshu and Azilrith :biggrin: ), who asked me if I wanted to join their PT. I accepted and the first thing they did was welcome me to the game and explained to me the basics (Soshu also invited me to her LS, BOOTYHUNTERS) and we then departed to the dunes.

Basically there are noobs on Alexander, what server doesn't have them, but there are a TON of nice helpful ppl willing to help you out.

And if you do choose Alexander, I can have you join BOOTYHUNTERS LS, everyone in it is really nice and always willing to help low lvl players.

One day, as I was selling all my gear and preparing to delete my character and quit once again, I received a tell.

And now I'm lvl 57, preparing for the big push to 60 this sunday. I rarely talk to people outside my LS, but the ones that I do talk to are quite the awesome people. Like Al. Al wins hardcore, and so does Alessa. Also, ClanPandaRevolution is the LS of a friend of mine, I don't go there because the leader and I have issues. But honestly, Bis isn't so bad once you get used to the crazy people. And if I'm available I'd gladly tank your rank 3 Dragon and help with sub items, etc.

its because ive had problems (not this bad) on valefor before and its making me NOT enjoy my FFXI experience. i feel like i was back stabbed because last i knew narto didnt have anything on me and just was being a cool guy and giving me the boots to help me out. next thing i know this happens. it got me upset sad and pissed off.

i would rather start over and make new friends and have fun then stay on a server i dont have fun on any longer and that makes me just get upset for being back stabbed and so many mean asshats.

so my point is this is the full story and i have nothing to hide. i dont care if you dont believe me you are entitled to your opinion and all but yeah i didnt do anything wrong.

i played hades for 2 months and couldnt stand it ;_; only had 1 good friend and he quit for garuda. and it was terribly hard to get gil as a noob since it was my first server

By the way, go to www.ffxiah.com to get an idea of how many players there are and the price of items. You'll likely find that the more cheaper high level items are, the cheaper the low level items you make money off of are too.

www.ffxiah.com There's your "answer" to your price questions. Not that it really matters, all the servers are pretty much identical. Prices of high level items might be higher on some, but the price of stuff you make money on are usually higher too... It all evens out in the end.

There are jackasses on all servers, just because you have a problem with a few shouldn't be the reason you leave / don't want to be on a server, as you will run into some of them eventually wherever you go. As far as I know the majority of the servers have nice people on them.

wow holy crap i was on valefor lol a while back (breyden) i HATE that server with a passion. my other friend oniran is still on that server and wont leave. about 2 weeks ago or so i made the move to midgard and lemme tell you i love it there so far i have yet to run into a jackass everyones nice and for some reason the invites in valk dont take 4hours to get like they did on valefor but in qufim they take a while lol. but im tellin you ive met a bunch of cool people on midgardsormr and everyone is really friendly:thumbsup:

Ordinarily our forum rules disallow personal attacks, and it normally takes a shotgun aimed at my forehead to get me to visit that other site, but in this case I think the accusations appear to have merit.

I would caution any of our users who are offering a World Pass in this thread to investigate further.

Sorry, buddy. Even though I can't stand looking on Allakhazam's forums, I noticed that everyone acted a little different when talking to him. It seems he has a reputation....more of a reputation than you do. Which makes me believe that someone who has a reputation usually tells the truth.

It just seems to make more sense that a person who gives a better explanation of the situation and has people who believe him would would have more weight in who I'm willing to believe, compared to someone who has a high-level job and wants to join another server over 1 million gil and a few crappy people)

I could care less about reputation. The fact that a GM would actually take money away from a player based on a GM call bespeaks strongly about which side is telling the truth.

We all know how ineffectual GMs normally are in the face of nearly overwhelming evidence. The fact that actual disciplinary action was taken seems to me to be the best character witness in this instance.

I don't believe he is level 75 anything. In another thread here he claimed to be 72 SAM (EDIT: As I recall, can't find the thread at the moment). On the abovementioned thread, his Alla profile shows only jobs in the 60s. I trust nothing that Takiri says at this point.

Hmm, the thread about his "contest" to see who could get Fenrir for him (grand prize: 100k). Well, I think it was Fenrir, but I dun pay teh alla for search privs. Needless to say, when Takiri (aka: FFgangstaman) pops up on the alla forums, you know it's going to make for quality entertainment.

Well, we have 2 sides to a suspicious affair with no concrete proof from either side. However, 2 points are already not in Takiri's favor:

1. People, unless they are idiots, do not give Leaping Boots.
2. The GM was able to find sufficient evidence in the chat logs to believe foul play was involved

I will leave it up to the forum readers' to come to their own decisions, but I don't want to see the drama dragged out here.

Please keep this thread on the topic of Takiri deciding which is the better server for him to move to. Do NOT go down the path of arguing who is right and who is wrong (because we will never know for sure) any further.
