ok things like tension spring raise your attack and such. now do i have to have a Fire Maneuver activated for this to take effect or is it always boosted as long as its equiped?

only parts that have skills require to be active, like the one that gets stoneskin and mp/hp regen. u will see the zap cannon part that gives ur pup enthunder doesnt need to be active either as ur pup will do itself. i think if u activate it though u will make pup do it faster.
