Questions for 'The List'

Hmmm a few questions about all of this. And no I'm not on this server, but I'm still going to ask anyway.

With the people who party with RMTers. What proof do that have, when one of you whisper them, that you just don't like the person you're accusing? If they don't know you, and they don't know about the RMT problem, or the accused period, just disbanding or kicking the accused would be wrong in their mind most likely. I mean they have a great party going, everyone is doing their job, and then some stranger is saying leave that party, or kick that person etc. For all they know you just have had a bad day, hate the person, or just want to make their time miserable. Not everyone has two computers so they can look at this forum while still in the party in the 10 minutes you allow. And it could take hours, for them to find another party, just because some stranger said they'd add them to a list... So what true undeniable proof do you offer before just adding away?

Secondly, since you say this list is 100% true (which I'm not going to argue about since I don't know about thing about other servers) Have you tried sending this to someone in SE that would actually listen to you? I don't know who you could turn to, but if you were about to actually get all of those accounts banned... that would seriously help your entire server a lot more. And evenutally if that worked out well, other servers would follow and the problem would end once and for all, or at the very least drop down to something we could all handle.

I mean a list is all well and good, but they honestly don't need us to do what they do. So we can avoid them, not party with them etc, but they'll just continue to work within their own groups, and sell to the people lazy enough to buy from them... ><

If you are not on the Seraph server, please curtail your criticism of The List. It does not affect you or your playing experience in any way, and unless you are on the server and able to judge the veracity of the claims made, then I ask that you refrain from making blanket assumptions in any case. I understand that many of you feel that you have valid points to make, but, given the reactions shown in this thread, there is no profit to be made in bringing those issues up. As can be seen from this thread, parties from both sides refuse to be swayed in either direction, so save your typing fingers and let's have a little peace, shall we?
