weapon question

Ok i just started the game yesterday and i have a lvl 8 WAR at the moment and i want to lvl it to around the 35 mark and i was just wondering what type of weapon best suits WAR and will help me train the skill quicker and with more ease. All suggestions are welcome :cool:

P.S i am currently using the basic onion sword.
