From playonline.com's "Questions and Answers" section:

Q: How do I change my password?
A: To change your password, select "Membership" from the Service & Support page. Select "PlayOnline ID," then select "Change Password." Mail passwords can also be changed by selecting "Mail Account" from the Membership page.

yes, you have to log in first (obviously)
