Pictures are too big!!!

I need a good program that either takes good sized pictures, and small in size, or a program that compresses the size of files... I have alot of great pics here that I cant post due to the size.:( Thx:thumbsup:

1. click search button in upper right hand corner.
2. input the word " clipper" in to text box.
3. d/l clipper in provided link in one of the post the search provides.
4. when taking pics and size is to big right click on pick and choose edit.
5. if MS paint comes up go to image and click strech/skew.
6. decresase the percentage of the pic by 5 percent till diserd size is accheive.
7. if MS paint does not open up the go to ms paint and go to open, then choose pic and repeat step number 6.
8. only resize pic if needed, clipper will mostlikely take low file size pics dependant on how much is "going on" in the picture, this can be compensated by lowering the quality in which clipper takes the pic.

Yes, I use clipper to take my pictures. I love it, and thanks for this info.:)
