Path error

Ah crap I shouldn't have mimimized the full screen POL veiwer when it was 66% in step 3. When I came back to check on it it was a black screen w/ music. I waited long enough for it to finish, by my estimates. Then restarted as usual. Now this bastard shows up. Please tell me what I need to do <gasps at "install" katakanas> :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

It reads that install wasn't properly closed and that you need to reinstall.

Reinstall as in...............reinstall the entire FFXI game? Or is there a way to reinstall just the patch? Please I don't want to go through all that crap just because I minimized :mad:

It says FFXI but I'm sure that it's just the patch. I would shut everything off and restart. You should get a message like before to install the patch. Good luck.

DAMNIT, I've restarted a couple of times. I'll just shut down and try again......gulp.......but if that doesn't work...........I'll have to..............:dead:

:eek: Some F**KING message again. Have I no choice but to reinstall the entire game because of one stinking patch failure? I'm going to do it tomorrow, christ this is stupid - I'm never going to put POLV in full mode again. If anyone knows a way to manually dl patches please tell me, if not I'm going to have to reinstall this all over again :mad:


BTW Will I have to redo all my macros?
