...and I'm not talking about someone in the game either. I'm talking about an actual website. I got an IM from someone I never heard of trying to start up a converstion with me. Next thing you know they are trying to get me to have my LS website which I designed, pay for, and administer to become an "affiliate" site for them and supposively I'd get 10% of something or other. Those gil and gold sellers are getting relentless now trying to convince fan/game community sites to work for them. I made the site for my LS and for fun, not to make money off of, and I sure never wanted to make money off it by endorsing the people I hate. Just in case you want to check out our LS site it's Dragonlair (http://dragonlair.a249thspc.com). Not sure what or how they got enticed by our site.

thats probably why they contacted you. your little LS website is resourse for more than just your LS, thats why they veiw it as a opertunity for adverising. Glad to see you didn't cave to the offer of some easy cash.
