content id and servers

I apologize if I missed this answer somewhere else I do have a question about content ids and server placement. Is is possible to have 2 characters on 2 seperate content ids on differnet servers? or are you locked into a server when the primary content id is assigned?

you are locked to a server, unless you use a worldpass for your second content id. then you will go where the worldpass is for
