Password

I opened my playonline, always have password stored but it only game up as 2 digits then I get the incorrect password screen. Tried phoning, POL but cant get through atm. On the playonline site it says all that data is stored on your HDD but I can seem to find it, anyone know where it is exactly? I'm more worried my account has been hacked or something seens as the 3 passwords I use for everything don't seem to work and I'm not really silly enough to not use them. Dont get it :(

I've had it mess up my stored password before. I have it set to store too, and sometimes (rarely) when I log on, my stored password will be 9 letters too short to be my password. I just go into settings, put my password back into the password box, and log on like usual.

I can't really say anything to help you if you lost your password though. Keep trying to contact POL and write your password down somewhere next time.

Im embarrassed to say but I mustve had caps on when I entered my password while setting the account up....Just as well I didnt get through to POL in the end :/
