Content ID help

Well ive been play for a little over a month. early this morning around 6 am est i was playing in a party when I d/c'ed after trying to log back it ffxi was telling me i didnt have a content id anymore and soem stufa bout registering or reactivating my id so i went to review my id and when i logged in a message about the july 3nd update which most of you have seen came up can someone help me with this because this is really bothering me.

First of all, I suggest you start using sentences. It took me a few tries to find your problem in there.

Second of all, go to the place where you registered your IDs and see which one you have or which one dissapeared. If it is gone then purchase a new one. That list will tell you which ones you are going to get charged for at the end of the month, so if it is gone then that means you shouldn't get charged for it.

Now, after you get that ID then log into FFXI and see if your character is still there. If it's not, then email Playonline about it. I don't see any reason for it not to be there, but you never know.

Alright well I've already tried checking my ideas and it comes up with a maintenance error. Well just like 30 minute ago the same thing just happen to to my brother so im guess its probably just something to do with the maintenance.
Im gonna wait till the maintenance is over and then if the problem is still there I'll give your suggestiongs a try.

Same thing happened to me. Just reactivate everything, happens sometimes during their mantenances..

Friend had this today - has your payment method been stopped?

He had to go in and input a new CC, as he'd stopped his other one and forgot about changing it with POL.

Ah just remember my i use my moms CC for my payment and she lost her cc and got a new with new numbers that must be why.
