I tried logging back into the game with my old software unaware that not only do you lose your characters after three months but the ability to use your software all together. My passwords didnt wok and I couldnt re-register. Tommorow im going to buy the PC version (cause they dont sell the PS2 version) and use the codes to play on my playstation. I was Advised this whould definitly work. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that if you stop paying u will lose EVERTHING all your software codes. Youll have to purchase new software to play. I also wanted to make sure that the PC codes will work with my playonline registration. If anyone can clear this up for sure Id have alot more confidence in making my purchase. Thanks and peace out

If you stop paying, you do not lose everything. If you cancel your POL account, however, you do. That's clearly indicated several times in your manual, on their site, and via POL viewer.

The POL account is free, so there is no reason to ever cancel it.

And yes, your PC codes will work just fine.

I will never understand why people use multiple question marks. One is enough.

Yes, you'll be prompted to make a new password. Are you referring to accessing your old account? In that case, you'd need your old password. If you don't know that, you might be able to get that info from SE's Help Center, but you'll have to provide a fair bit of info to get it.

yeah, if you cancel your POL account then all characters linked to that account and all registrations linked to it are gone for good. You won't be bringing those back at all.
