Puppetmasters in PvP???

Has anyone taken their Puppetmaster into PvP? How did you do? How did they do against you? Just would like to know because my friend is dying to take me into PvP and I don't want to go in blind-sighted @_@.:thumbsup:

I'm still in the early stages of leveling, but I think it would be similar to BST. The pet can attack on the run, but odds are since we're weak, like SMNs we'd be pounded on and our av/puppet ignored ; ;

Well the puppets are actually very useful with Flash, Stoneskin, and spells (if you are a mage) So who knows. I'll have to check it out for myself sometime ^^

Player Versus Player. It's not really a big feature of FFXI, but in other MMOs it's quite popular.

PvP in FFXI is mostly in the form of Ballista. As well as Brenner (I think) and maybe some other stuff.

I did ballista as pup in a 30 cap an in my opinion i did pretty good , only died once and used the melee puppet
