How do I fix this??!!?

Ok this had been bothering me for a LONG time and I was wondering if there is anyway to fix this, the Monk AF body seems to be going into the neck of my Mithra, would really want to know if someone could help me fix it.

Yeah, that is pretty annoying... It happens with gi's on mithra too. And you can see the sides of your head while meleeing with cloak type armor with a staff/polearm. (Which is really noticable on vermillion cloak with non-red hair...)

That's fixable just move the vertex's of the collar (Body part) section out a little more. That should fix the issue.

Should be doable to fix in Metasequoia or VRS.

Ive never seen hair poke through the cloaks unless they have been edited...are those UN-edited cloaks?I thought the hide function in VRS handled that ..if thats already in place, then the onlt thing to do on the hoods..(although it will look stupid if you dont do it perfectly) is to widen the hood.

Un-modded cloaks. (The only dat change I carry around is the original mithran sit.) I'll go grab a picture once I log on. It drives me nuts, since I farm with a VC on as SMN 7/8ths of the time. >_>;

well, if they are un-modded, then I dont know how to help you there... other than just widening the hoods which.. could look like crap if not done exact. I checked the mithra outfits in my game and they dont do that so... I'm not sure..

EDIt: nevermind.... I see what you mean.. I changed hairstyles and now I see the issue... your best bet is to open the cloak in VRS, and change the hide number untill the hair doesnt go through the hoods...you will have to do this with each one that you want fixed though.

Deal with it until I locate a hoodless VC.

theres already a hoodless VC for mithra... theres tons of different options for the VC, I think the hoodless one is in the dat collection

And I'm on dial-up. Broken dial-up at that. >_> 125MB+ file is a bit much, and I didn't really feel like asking people to download it and search for that specific mod. I figure it'll eventually end up on the dat-mod website (www.ffxidats.com).

I just checked one of the dat collections I downloaded last... I didnt see it in there.. I know someone made one though but I'm not sure which race it was for.
