Crystal always breaking...

im doing amateur synthesizing such as trying to make a pole for my warrior but it keeps breaking even if i go into the wood work place and get the synthesis support but it keeps breaking.... ne help on this

I assume you're trying to make an Ash Pole. That's a level 8 synth, so with 0 skill you're going to have a high chance of failing the synth. For a reasonable shot, you need to raise your woodworking skill to within 4-6 levels of the synth. Try making a few stacks of Maple Lumber for skillups. That synth can take you as far as level 5.

wat about arrow wood lumber or ash wood lumber

Without going too much into theory of when and how you should synth, you want to skillup on recipes that are 2-6 levels above you, getting advanced guild support if it's more that 4 levels over your skill.
