View Full Version : Paying Problems!! HELP!

ok, i got account from my friend who stoped playing,
i log in then window to pay pops up i pick "yes pay"(window1)
secure connection gets in(window2) and till now everything is ok... but
when i try to log in i get message that something is incorrect(window3)

i checked password about 20 times now i tryied to log in from diffrent computers and diffrent connection types, buged friend for other possible passwords he could use...
but nothing helps...

im thinking that the problem is that im in europe currently and ff account is american... but i dont know it this matters and if yes then maybe some one have some way to go around that?

Mind Caps.

The system is case sensitive.

Other than that... i have no idea.

Do you know what the PoL IS and password are? The password may be diffrent from the one you normally log into FFXI with. Other than that, I suggest calling them?

Are you sure you're entering your POL ID and not your user name?

Your ID should be an 8 digit set of letters and numbers.

All I can say is give POL support a call. They can usually help you out. As long as you can verify that you're the person using the account, they'll be glad to give you your ID, etc.

I don't know if that will work.

Since he got the game from a friend, POL will most likely not give him the information. He would have to provide a huge amount of personal information about his friend to verify his identity.

ooh, that's a good point. This is the reason why I bought the game new, rather than used. >.>;

well since i have infos that they would ask i can call...
but some one told me to use american proxy for connection, because its not ID problem.. i have ID and pass right.
