Workbenchs Are furniture for your mog house. They give you the mogenhancment gardening. As for starting gil no you start flat broke and naked but you get a coupon that you can trade for a little gil. I think its like 50gil.

It's easy to make money. From my experiences in Bastok and Windy. Bee's drop honey and bee chips which can go for a lot. Honey more so in Sandy for a fame 2 quest. Bee chips for crafting. Crystals sell too but the prices rise and drop during the week. Get a stack and sell them. And when you start I'll give you some gil. Don't ask for more because that'll just piss the living hell out of me. Ok?

Lately i've been trying to farm all the materials I need to craft Dhalmel Mantles to go up in Leathercrafting. :P

well if your worried about moving them, an moving them fast. the best thing to do is to slash the selling price. i usually went half the A.H price, or if i needed space, i went for cost to make. i recently was sitting on alot of fishing armor. so instead of selling what the A.H was asking, i simply sold to break even. an to my surprise i had people buying 2-3 pieces for thermselves an there mules. if they wanted to try an make a profit on the A.H thats fine with me. but i got the gil i put into it so i was happy.
