I heard people were talking about how rare this item is and found under Beast-made section in AH.
I got lucky and saw one in stock in jeuno AH and bought it for 5k only.
Someone was saying it can be used for a quest or alchemy can synth it to make a "Goblin Drink" the recipe was posted in a japanese website they say, this is all i know about it and if anyone can help find the recipe or know anything about it please post, thank you:)
