It may run, but not good. Have you tried to run the FFXI benchmark yet?~that will give you your best bet as to how the game is going to run with your current setup.

If you needed to upgrade anything it would 100% have to be your graphics card. Everything else is fine for now....more Ram down the road wouldn't hurt, but 256MB is fine for now.

99% of the time, it will not run. The minimum requirement is a GeForce 3. You will need to upgrade your video card, because while it may run, in all practicality you will have a frustrating experience with the game because it will run so sluggishly.

It'll run the game, I used a gf2 for a month...........gfx will be crap though and you will probably lag alot.
