Someone can explauin me how to install Tetra Master?

Tetra Master is installed automatically with PlayOnline on both the PS2 and PC versions. There is a 100 Yen charge for the game per month - you have to purchase a Contents ID for Tetra Master in PlayOnline.

how to install it's ok!!
I need to know how to register it, it's all in japanese!!
Someone have done it?? Or no one here plays Tetra Master?
