New Translation Request! re account cancelling

HI, could someone please tell me what's on these screens. One is a mail from POL and the other is (I hope) a confirmation that I've closed my account ( I've decided to try and swap to the PS2 version if I can find a HDD).

No need to cancel if you are switching. All you need is the software I'm pretty sure. You could install the game and sell the game with a new account key. You don't need the install dvd once you install it on your ps2..

If you are just switching platforms, just take out the account CD KEY sheet and swap it. It will work fine (According to my friend).
