Translation Request re account cancelling

Could someone please help with this screen. I have closed my account and I wanted to see if it has worked. When I logged on to Playonline I got this screen. Thanks in advance.:)

You need to update your POL software. Choose the button on the left

According to what I have read from the guide, logging in is not exactly a good method to check whether you cancelled your account. Once you have completed the order to cancel your account, it will not be blocked or actually deactivated until the end of the month.

However, after it is deactivated and blocked, if you try to login again, it will ask whether you want to reactivate your account.
