I got and Error code, HELP!!

All i know is i logged in and then it said error and kicked me back out...i didnt get to screen the error..so it takes me back to the main page that shows the days remaining till exspasion comes out and i cant log back in...wont even give me option...now about 5 mins ago this other thing poped up...now its doing this over and over again..i have no other options...please help.:(

first one says some stuff about route address. I'm not a computer guy so I don't know how to literally translate it.

Second one says there's a problem with traffic. check your router/network settings. I get this too usually when my DSL freezes for a little while. Are you connected through a router? I got it before because my router has a firewall.

When you click on that long bar down at the bottom, it should display another page. Which should display your internal IP, then your gateway IP, then it should display your external IP.

If you do not see the external IP (the IP your router gains on the external side), it is usually an indication it is a router problem as it can not get out.
