Caspian hit the nail on the head. I remember going "Whoah, sweet!" when I first picked up RNG at level 1 and saw an ability that wasn't my two-hour in the JA menu.

Hmm... I was a 62RNG in Caitsith before I left, and I really don't remember getting it at lvl 1... maybe the earliest lvl 5. Oh well, I'm not complaining! lol
